'ONE HOUR FULL BODY BARRE WORKOUT'

'This One Hour Full Body Barre Workout is a full body barre class.  This will cover literally the ENTIRE body. We will aggressively work the inner and outer thighs, glutei, hamstrings and especially the quads.  This workout will have you feeling these muscles for days.  We will also work your core and entire upper body. This will leave you stronger and keep doing this video you will be leaner.  Barre works the little muscles so it leaves the student with lean, long dancer like muscles instead of bulky muscles.
