'Follow along workout with the Royal Marines Virtual Pre Joining Fitness Test Circuit or VPJFT+ Circuit. I tried this test recently  without practice and now I am attempting the test with a few weeks of circuit training and fitness.  The new Royal Marines test consists of: 1) Royal Marines Burpees x 20 2) Sit Up test x 30 3) Press Up test x 20 4) Plank 60 seconds  This is for 3 rounds. For the officers test they do an extra round.
