'In this fitness video, PF Trainer Caroll is in the 30-Minute Circuit where she’ll guide you through today’s arm workout. And since this workout is done sitting down, feel free to pull up a chair, and sit back. Caroll designed this workout for all fitness levels, so keep up or go at your own pace — do whatever works best for you. You know by now that in order to have an awesome workout, we have to have an awesome warm-up. This time, you’ll be doing shoulder rows, and seated jogs. Once you hit the main circuit, Caroll will have you doing exercises like banded rows, side bends with punches, and weighted jacks.
