Hi everyone my name is Julia haw and I am here with LifePro Fitness I am a certified personal trainer and today I\'m so excited to talk about our one of our newest products this is the turbo dual motor vibration late so what we\'re gonna do today is we\'re gonna open this box and I\'m gonna show you everything that\'s inside and I\'m also gonna show you how to use this plate so follow along with me and let\'s open it up so you\'ll see that the box is pretty big um this is a pretty heavy-duty machine so it\'s very very sturdy you\'re gonna be spending a lot of time actually on this machine of course so we really wanted to make it durable for you so the first thing you\'re gonna find is a manual here so you can take a look at that later and this is packed in styrofoam packaging so we\'re just gonna go ahead and set this aside for now and again this machine is very heavy-duty so it\'s gonna be a little bit heavy great getting it out you might want to have someone to help you with it but if you\'ve been working out you can totally lift this out of the box alright so I\'m gonna set this to the side and I\'m gonna take it right here out of the box alright and of course everything is brand sparkling new so we have it here in the packaging and if you lift it up from one side you can go ahead and take that sleeve off alright smells brand new alright and it comes in this sleek blue color I absolutely love this color as you can tell I\'m wearing this color today so this is the life Pro fitness model yay so I\'m gonna go ahead and turn it around so I can go ahead and take a peek at it very happy alright so next let\'s look at the other components that are found in the box so probably the most important thing is going to be the cord and we\'re gonna go ahead and plug this in and you\'ll find the cord and one of the little pouches so if you look in the box all of the extra components are on each corner of the box and this is our cord so again in that little packaging now we reinforce this cable so it\'s really really heavy-duty because we don\'t want the cable coming out of the machine while it\'s vibrating and oscillating so what that means is when you plug this into the machine you want to give it a nice firm nudge into the component okay and that\'s gonna be right here on the front so again make sure you use a little chorus because there we go and listen for that little click when you put it in alright and then we\'re gonna go ahead and plug that in so and we\'ll do that later once we demonstrate the machine so also you\'re gonna find a remote control very very simple we made this remote control very functional very straightforward very easy to use very user-friendly this machine in this box we did not include batteries so you\'re gonna want to grab triple-a to triple-a batteries for the remote so please keep that in mind that the remotes not gonna work until you put those batteries in also in the box you\'ll find actually I\'ll talk about this later I also on the box you\'ll find the cables that that actually attach to the plate and you can do so many different exercise with these resistance cables and they actually hook onto the front of either side of the plate so go ahead and take off this packaging so we put some cardboard packaging around here just to protect the handles and everything is so beautifully packaged with this machine so I\'ll just take it off one and it has a really really nice soft cushy handle here and these are pretty these are medium to have resistance so keep that in mind and then what you\'re gonna do with these is on the front of the machine as well there\'s or not I\'m sorry on the side of the machine as well there\'s these little eye hooks and you can go ahead and clip it right in and you can use this with your machine so again I\'m gonna demonstrating all of the moves that you can do with this plate very shortly the last thing that is included in this box last but not least is our bonus gift to you these are so awesome and you can actually use these when you\'re traveling you can throw them in your suitcase I love these so much and I use them all the time so these are for various types of resistance bands from extra light light medium to heavy and you can use these also in conjunction with the plate so and I\'ll be sure to demonstrate these as well later alright so let\'s jump in and get this machine turned on so we can demonstrate for you how it works all right so now we actually have the machine plugged in so the cord is plugged into the wall the next step you\'re gonna do is you\'re actually going to turn on the plate so that button is actually right next to the cord on the front of the machine so you\'re gonna click it and there\'s an l-shape there\'s a L in a zero click it on and boom your machine is on so let\'s https://lifeprofitness.com Or click here to get our Turbo On Amazon https://pixelfy.me/qM4eMW'
