Step 2: explosive pushups off the wall  Step 3: wall sits. Go low and HOLD in squat position. Squeeze! Breathe through it and lift one leg at a time to make it more challenging  ADVANCED Step 4: from plank position, walk your feet up and down. Run up and down... Work the shoulders!
