'This is an interval workout with 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest to challenge your entire body. You will be alternating between cardio moves and toning moves, all of which use the entire body for maximum results. The fast pace and high reps will keep your heart rate up so that you will be burning lots of calories and work up a good sweat! Increase or decrease your weights to suit your fitness level.   Do the workout a few times through or as part of a circuit with one of my other workouts.
