'So simple yet so effective. From plank, lower your right forearm to the floor, so your elbow is even with your left wrist. Then lower your left forearm to the floor so you are in forearm plank. Come up onto your left hand & then your right so you are back in a plank. Switch sides & repeat until you are cooked!'
