'This full-length \"real time\" workout is from my Extreme Inferno program. My clients loved it so much I decided to share it on YouTube! It\'s great because you get to sweat, strengthen and stretch in a single session. Plus, there\'s so much variety, the time just flies by. You can choose your own intensity level - ramp it up with the resistance band for a full-on fat torching fitness session, or ease off and go at a lower pace if you need to bring it down a gear or two. If you don\'t have a resistance band but still want to go hard at it, you can do most of the moves with weights instead.
