'This is an intense advanced plank workout.  I will take you through many plank variations for 30 minutes without resting.  This is definitely a workout you can grow with adding a little bit more time in the plank each week.  If you need to break, take a child\'s pose and then get back to the challenge when you are ready.  This workout will strengthen your core and arms to the extreme.
