This series is one of our favorites, and it\'s part of what makes the BodyBarre method different from every other barre workout. If you\'ve been to class in our studio, you know that there aren\'t a lot of breaks in between each of our barre series. BodyBarre is similar to other \"High-Intensity Interval\" workouts in the sense that our cardio bursts, sectioned throughout our classes, elevate the heart rate to burn fat, followed by \"active-recovery\" toning work, allowing the heart rate to lower while still working to sculpt muscle.
