'Health and Fitness - On The Move'

'Health and fitness are often overlooked by preppers. But they are two of the most important components of living a prepared lifestyle. If your body can\'t preform under stress, your chance of surviving goes down.   I\'m not as fit as I once was. But I\'m working hard to change that. I\'ve started a round of The Whole 30 diet, I\'m working out, and I\'ll be doing even more to get fit once the weather is less extreme.
