This is a great exercise to add on to your usual core workout routine. As you can see from my demonstration in the video, you’ll get into the plank position from your elbows. Your butt will not be parallel to the floor, rather it will be angled up higher so that you can tap your hip to the ground when you roll to each side. Really focus on breathing all your air out as you squeeze through your obliques when rolling to each side.'
