'I know you have a love-hate relationship with planks and mountain climbers, but let\'s try to love them this time! ♥︎ This workout is a quick but intense HIIT, based on different plank variations. Your entire body will work but you will especially feel your core & arm muscles, get stronger abs and burn lots of calories in a short time! I would recommend to finish your abs day with this routine for an extra boost.  ▪️ Intensity: Medium  ▪️ Recommendations: • Try not to take any breaks in between the exercises.
