'Movement Monday: Overhead Press!  Pushing weight safely overhead is a great type of strength to have!  It requires good mobility and then we can stack on some great strength so you can put things up high, carry things, hold things and more!  Some people also simply love how it feels to push heavy things up! (We love it too!)  Now, already mentioned we need to assess to see if you can move into position safely and navigate issues/injury as many people have had a shoulder challenge to navigate in their life. And there are some awesome alternatives we have for you if overhead press isn’t great today…  But if you’re clear…here are some Beginner-Intermediate options for you!'
