'Hi everyone! Becca and Cara back with another fun fitness challenge for you! This time, we\'re challenging our core muscles with a plank. We have 4 different versions of this one, each with varying levels of difficulty, so choose one that fits you best! Two versions are against the wall that you can try and hold for 60 seconds, and two versions are on the floor that you can try and hold for 30 seconds. Let\'s see those planks!'See also:
