'Welcome to the Barre Sculpt Pyramid Series. A set of workouts that will lengthen and strengthen your entire body. In each workout you will see a groupings of exercises that complement each other. Each grouping has a pyramid style rep pattern to layer on the intensity. You start with 16 reps, then lower to 8, 2 sets of 4, 4 sets of 2 and 8 sets of singles. In some cases the number of sets varies. Each grouping of exercises targets a specific muscle group so you will be fully fatigued before moving on to the next grouping. The Barre Sculpt Pyramid Raises and Circles workout will take you through traditional standing barre exercises such as glute raises, straight leg circles, bend presses and bent leg circles as well as a standing pretzel series along with side leg raises and circles. Using pyramid style rep patterns and weight variations you will strengthen and lengthen your entire lower body.
