'Hello, And welcome to my channel. My name is Jill and I am a professional trainer. I offer regular fitness videos here on YouTube which cater to all levels of fitness. However, I feel there is a need for something a little less intense and with a more relaxed energy. There are Three videos in the series and one will flow straight in to the other. I have created this on purpose to give you a break between workouts. Feel free to dive in to the warm-up and go beyond at your own leisure. Modify the workouts as necessary. For stability I recommend a chair or the couch to help wiht balance. Have a yoga mat or blanket to protect you from a hard floor. Only go as far as you feel comfortable and confident.
