'Tabata:  20 secs work; 10 secs rest 8x= 1 round For more info go to: www.rogerscottfitness.com  Exercises: 1.  Forearm Strikes    2.  Front Kicks 3.  Knee Strikes 4.  Shin Kicks 5.  Front Kicks to Forearm Strikes 6.  Forearm Strikes to Knee Strikes 7.  Forearm Strikes to Shin Kicks 8.  Finale: All combinations in any order  Yo, this workout routine is a good high intensity interval training workout. If you do not have a century bag at your disposable; you can always substitute a pillow, mat, pad, or just kick & strike in the air. It\'ll still rev your metabolism, build lean muscle and burn fat. You can also do this routine after a workout or as a full workout by itself. If you do it by itself, you can work your way up to doing 4-5 total rounds; with 1-2mins rest in between each round.
