'Advanced Full Body Circuit - Group Training Ideas'

'Here\'s a great way to train a large group, using suicides with exercises at each pylon. 10 reps, 20 reps, whatever you want to do. Pick any exercise\'s you like and use any equipment too.   We alternated between these two groups for 3 rounds. Finished with some core drills to wrap this hour up.'
