'Join Meg Stickl, Older Adult Fitness Expert from AIM Fitness, for a holistic webinar focused on mental health. Canadian Mental Health Week is May 2-8 and this is a topic everyone can benefit from. Meg will lead you through some gentle stretches with options for the chair or on the floor. Followed by a discussion on mental health. Group participation is encouraged, should you feel comfortable doing so. Reflection questions to consider:  - When you are going through a challenging time, what do you do to stay positive? - What\'s the best advice you\'ve received regarding your mental health or when going through a challenging time? - Are there physical things (movement/exercise) that you can do that helps improve your mental health?  Both beginner and advanced options will be given. Participate at your own risk.
