'Hi Guys, join us for Myrna\'s dance to this Russian folk song. She\'s been out with a broken wrist, but she\'s back baby, lol!  Myrna broke her ankle a while back, and what did she do? She made us a exercise class from the chair. Whatever you can move in your body ,move it! She is a great example that doing consistent exercise helps your body to repair faster.
