'These drills are all high intensity, make sure to warm your clients up  to this . Start with a light jog, slow movements, low impact drills, get their body moving and ready for these drills.    The first drill in the video is one I like to do before the big  main workout I have planned, of course work with new clients give them modifications.  Have fun guys, kick some butt and keep things fresh with your training!'
