'Machine Hack Squat (Quad focused exercise)'

'This exercise is good for strengthening the quads.   1. Position your feet at shoulder width. Ensure knees are facing forward. 2. Descend into the movement as deep as possible before losing foot, hip, and torso positioning. 3. Push through the balls of your feet to emphasise quads more. 4. Don\'t let your hips roll off the back pad, try to keep them and your back in contact with the pad. 5. Ensure head does not excessively jut forward. 6. Keep tension in the quads by not locking out at the end of each rep.
