'Tonights circuit was awesome, they loved the core drills in between each station. We did 1 minute rounds two sets through.  First set- All upper body stations with planks moves on the mats in between each station. Second set- All lower body stations with ab drills on the mats in between each station.  Really get after your clients to pus their limits, keep a big eye on form and if some have a hard time listening during class, pull them aside later and help them correct things they may be doing wrong. Especially with a big group , there\'s no \"one on One\" care so you  must be very alert and on point with each drill.   Have fun with this one, add any kind of moves you want and try different time lengths, you could even have them do the station for 1 minute then take a 20-30 sec rest then do it right again for 40 seconds then rotate.
