Go to http://7DayJumpStart.com to get started  Push Up Progression  Step 1: You will want to start out on a high wall or platform and today, I\'m going to demonstrate from my balcony. You\'re going to place your hands, shoulder width apart, lift up on your toes and push up and down.  Step 2: As you get more advanced, you can start on a lower platform, using your body weight.  Step 3: If you\'re ready, you can do your Push-Up with your knees on the ground.  Step 4: You are now ready to take those knees up off the ground, keeping your core tight, arms straight in a plank position and begin your Push-Up.  Final Step: Once you have mastered all of the steps above, you can now take it even further with a decline Push-up. And remember, the higher your raise your feet or decline, the harder the Push-up. And that is how YOU PROGRESS YOUR PUSH-UP!  Be Happy...Be Healthy...Be FIT!  Want to learn how to do the perfect push up progression? Pushups are the BEST upper body workout exercise and you can do them no matter WHAT your level. Beginners use a wall or table and then advance to your knees on the floor. After THAT, go to a standard push up from PLANK position. Too easy? Make it a decline.  More advanced? Turn it into a PLYO or handstand pushups.  There is no magic number.
