'40 minute Spinning class taught by Patricia Fitness Guru. This class is for an intermediate to advanced level. If you suffer from knee, hip or lower back pain or have any illness or disease such as heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, then this class IS NOT recommended for you and you should find an easier class specific for beginners. Please consult your doctor before starting any exercise program and follow your doctor\'s recommendations.  Following mine or any other workouts is doing so at your own risk so please be conscious and aware of your body, fitness level and heart rate at all times. Every workout should go hand in hand with a healthy eating plan, enough and good quality rest, sensible progression, exercise variety, proper warm ups/cool downs/stretching, stress management and overall healthy and conscious lifestyle. This workout is NOT miraculously going to make you lose weight but it will help if you find balance and lead a healthy lifestyle.
