'With my company Sweat Atlanta I teach many different Group Fitness classes.  At the end of my classes I often times do a short abdominal workout on the mat leading into a full body final stretch.    I found this idea on line and replicated it in my class.  I called it the core caterpillar.  It\'s easy and fun and the class participants seemed to really enjoy it.
