'As a group fitness instrcutor myself and master trainer, I know there is a lot more that goes into being not just a good instrcutor, but a GREAT one than just perfect skills, perfect body, and never making a mistake. In fact, it\'s the \"little things\" that an instructor does that allows them to STAND OUT and SHINE.   Are you ready to STAND OUT above the rest? Try implementing 1, 2 or even 3 of these tips to up your game as an instrcutor and be the leader that people fight snow storms to get to your class....   1- You are ALWAYS on STAGE. Be professional, and treat your job as a fitness professional with pride and great service from the moment you close your car door: YOU ARE an EXAMPLE even when taking class or on the treadmill, in the locker room and even in the way you interact with the front desk. People are watching ;)  2- Be a POSITIVE ROLE MODEL in ever situation.   3- EXCEED Expectations. Think about how your class can help people do more than they thought possible when they walked in...   At the end of the day, you are providing an incredible service to others, and showing how much you care about these seemingly insignificant details, might just be the one thing someone remember about you...
