Thank you!  We are very excited to share our first Workout Video with you all! This workout video demonstrates a 30-Minute Workout involving SUPERSETS.  Supersets are when you do two exercises in a row without rest in between. The continued stress of the second set causes the muscle to fatigue and break down much faster than compared to only completing one set. This increases the INTENSITY of the workout, ultimately giving you the best possible set up to make serious gains. Supersets are a great way to challenge your body in literally half the time!   Supersets are well known for being extremely effective at increasing muscle mass. The stimulation your muscles get from supersets increase muscle size, muscle endurance and muscle shape. Muscles need intensity in order for them to grow and become stronger.
