'Welcome to another Planet Fitness workout video! In this one, we have Trainer Kelly coming at ya from the 30 Minute Circuit area. For those at home, Kelly will be providing you with modifications so you can get the most out of your workout. This home workout was designed for everyone, and as always, feel free to keep up or go at your own speed.  In this warm up, you’ll be doing step ups, jumping jacks, toe taps, and more. Once you’re loose and ready to go, you’ll head into the main circuit. Here, you’ll be doing hip extensions, single leg squats, hip abductions, and more. Congrats, because you just did AMAZING!
