When you take your Hip upward, the Shoulder work is increased and you can concentrate more strength on this muscle. So you should make an arc motion with your Chest close to the floor. Then return doing this same bow movement. Make the maximum contraction of the Delts Muscles. For this move your Hip upward as much as you can and make the maximum extension of your Elbows \'squeezing\'your Shoulders. You should retract your Shoulder Blades for this one. Keep your Legs extended during the exercise You can do 3 or 4 sets of 10-15 reps for better results.
