In this video we cover one of the most important core exercises for building the oblique’s, dynamic stabilization, and overall core strength  Here are the workout suggestions from the video  Beginner- Russian Twists 30-60 seconds Intermediate- Weighted Russian Twists 30-60 seconds Advanced- Elevated Weighted Russian Twists 30-60 seconds 3-5 sets total If you want to turn up the intensity you can superset this exercise with another core exercise or include it as part of a circuit !
