'Join us this father’s day for a fun-filled Family Fun Run with an added splash of colour. #motionchangesemotion Have fun running (or walking!) to support our #motionchangesemotion campaign. Join us for an easy, flat 2 km dash with a splash of colour, in the company of some awesome people. Every participant will be supplied with a white ARC Tee-shirt, a colour packet, sunglasses, and a bottle of water to make this a spectacular celebration of community, physical activity, and fun.
