The main aim of this video is to provide a simple and effective workout plan for complete beginners when they step into the gym. I hope you find this video informative.  Exercise with reps and sets:   Leg extension: 4 sets 12-15 reps  Goblet squats: 4 sets 12-15 reps   Split squats: 4 sets 12-15 reps  Leg press: 4 sets 12-15 reps  Hamstring curls: 4 sets 12-15 reps  Calves: 4 sets 25-30 reps  Try to increase the weight with every set. This will help you to increase strength and increase in muscle size, if and only if your diet is on point.
