'Been so busy im posting 2 days of #30workoutsin30days Days 18 & 19! Day 18: For the first time in my life I walked down 15 Flights of Stairs. Yup, that was my exercise for the day!! Actually, walking down stairs burns more calories than walking on a flat surface, and it certainly burns more calories than standing in an elevator.
