'#transformationtuesday Week 3....Yezzzz! At the end of every class, after an intense kickboxing training,  there is a challenge.   This was Medicine Ball Slams for 5 Minute Straight to see how many we could do.....I did 96 the highest in the class (1st time ever) I saw them stop a few times & I kept thinking if I just do 10 more, then 10 more.  It was all in my mind.   Needless to say my body ached for 2 days..lol I Iike to know the physical benefits of the pain in the excercise.  Benefits Of Medicine Ball Slam   The medicine ball slam is done for developing power, strength, and speed. It works best for triceps, abdomen, shoulders, calves, back, glutes, quads, etc. This exercise increases heartbeat and burns a good number of calories.   It burns calories.
