This was Medicine Ball Slams for 5 Minute Straight to see how many we could do.....I did 96 the highest in the class (1st time ever) I saw them stop a few times & I kept thinking if I just do 10 more, then 10 more. It was all in my mind. Needless to say my body ached for 2 days..lol I Iike to know the physical benefits of the pain in the excercise.
