'#transformationtuesday Week 5 with @ridiculously_fitt I absolutely hate Jumping Jacks!!! Everything jiggles & bounces.  I never had to do them.  All I had to say is I can\'t & every gym teacher from elementary to high school, would give me a pass. They just assumed that because I was chubby I wasn\'t able; instead of pushing me to exceed & excel.  I believed that I could but I was just embarrassed.  From then on, I understood from childhood that I can get out of things i didn\'t want or like to do.  That\'s why it\'s important for me to have a strict trainer  @trainer_dee & Jordan are not playing no games.  #JummpingJacks #exercises help raise your heart rate, but jumping jacks also get you to move your body out of its normal plane of motion.
