'Lower Body Workout with PF Trainer Teddy'

'PF Trainer Teddy is in the 30-Minute Circuit where he’ll take you through another awesome lower body workout. Don’t worry about the equipment — modifications will be provided for those making this a home workout. This workout was designed for all fitness levels, but take your time; there’s no need to rush here.  If you know Teddy, you know he loves a good warmup. In this session, you’ll be doing reaches, twists, and knee tucks. When you’re ready, you’ll move into the main circuit packed with different squat variations, lunge variations, and floor variations.
