Soon I will have a PO Box  http://a.co/2wDv3pS ___________________________  I do 3 Sets of 15 reps each - Warm up on bicycle for 6 Min - Bench Press  (Lay down and push weights up) 3x15 - Military Press  (Sit/Stand and lift weight above head) 3x15 - Dumbbell Deadlifts  (Stand holding weights and lower to ground) 3x15 - Dumbbell Curls (Stand/Sit and curl up and down) 3x15 - Kickback (On knees, push heel up to the celiling) 3x15 - Lunges 3x15 - Front Dumbbell Squats  (Holding weights on top of shoulder and squat) 3x15 - Cool down on bicycle for 6 min'
