'In this video I give you a full upper body workout and explain why weights and machines sometimes just simply can’t stack up to bodyweight training. Full workout below  *Disclaimer* I have nothing against Vegan Gains or Christian Guzman! I respect both of their hustles. Just like I was saying there are different levels to this :)  Advanced  10 explosive pushups / Jamaican kickout 10 seconds / 5 explosive pushups / Jamaican kickout 10 seconds / 5 explosive pushups / 1 arm 1 leg extension w/knee tuck 12 seconds  / 10 second hold at bottom of pushup / 1 arm 1 leg extension w knee tuck12 seconds / 10 second hold at bottom / 10 explosive pushups then you’re done (SUPERSET WITH A CORE EXERCISE OF YOUR CHOICE FOR MAXIMUM GAINS   Intermediate  8 pushups / brazillian kickout 10 seconds / 8 pushups / brazillian kickout 10 seconds / 8 pushups/ 1 arm 1 leg extension 8 seconds  / 8 second hold at bottom / 1 arm 1 leg extension / 8 second hold at the bottom of the pushup / 8 pushups then you’re done. Superset with a core exercise of your choice for more gains  Beginner  Shoulder Taps 15 seconds (optional shoulder taps with pushups ) Brazilian kickout 10 seconds / shoulder taps 15 seconds / brazillian kickout 10 seconds / 1 leg planche lean 8 seconds / shoulder taps 15 seconds / 1 leg planche lean 8 seconds / 15 seconds shoulder tap (Add core exercise of your choice for bonus gains   Do 3-5 total sets resting for a good 3-5 minutes between each. Go hard!
