'This class combines the high intensity of a HIIT class with deep, total-body strengthening to challenge your stamina and elevate your metabolism for the rest of the day!  The workout uses timed intervals for the upper body, lower body and core as well as a high intensity Tabata section along with games and challenges for a workout that is fun and highly adaptable to any fitness level.  Choose your exercise timing and intensity using provided modifications that will fit any level of fitness.  The class normally incorporates three small pieces of equipment (available in the online store), but they are not required.  If you don\'t have the equipment, no problem!  Every exercise is easily modifiable and can be done with no equipment at all.  Non-equipment options will be given throughout the class.    The class is recommended that you have at least 6 feet of space on a flat surface floor (hard wood, carpet, grass turf or concrete is fine) and athletic footwear.  The equipment used will be a Bender Ball, Gliding Discs, and Figure 8 Tubing.  You can purchase these in the online store and have them shipped directly to you.  Have a water bottle handy and be sure to keep hydrated because you\'re gonna sweat!  Keep in mind that you will be encouraged to work at a level of intensity that is comfortable for you.  You can work as hard as you like but feel free to modify anything that you need by slowing down, moving smaller, or simply listening for modifications.  Jumping is sometimes involved in the class but is never required to get a great workout.'
