'20-minute Core Workout with PF Trainer Caroll'

'PF Trainer Caroll is here to guide you through an invigorating workout that targets the core. Plus, there’s some cardio sprinkled in, so this workout routine has it all. And even though Caroll is in the 30-Minute Circuit, this can easily be a home workout — she’ll provide modifications when needed. This workout was designed for all fitness levels, but feel free to go at your own speed.  To warm up, Caroll will have you do some reverse lunges with alternating arms. Then she’ll have you do some marching crunches to get the blood flowing. When you’re ready, Caroll will launch into forearm plank rotations, high plank tucks, standing bicycle, standing side bend, crunch deadbug and superman extensions. Give yourself a big thumbs up because you made it and did a great job! Now cool down as Caroll takes you through a standing ab stretch and cobra.  Wanting more free workout videos?
