'It’s been a while since I ran through this but I was crunched for time on this holiday so I gave it a shot.  10 Goblet Squats of each weight resting as much as needed between sets.  10 reps - 50lbs  10 reps - 60lbs  10 reps - 70lbs  10 reps - 80lbs  10 reps - 90lbs  10 reps - 100lbs  That’s half way up the ladder you repeat the same process back down staring at 100lbs again. Scale the weights as needed (start light and progress as you get stronger) Track for time and as always chase full range of motion quality reps not just the clock ⏰ ~ Perfect for your July 4th holiday weekend -any DB -KB - Big Rocks - or Small Children
