'This workout is amazing — we’re not pulling your leg! Trainer Adrienne will take you through a lower body workout in the Planet Fitness 30 Minute Circuit area. Not in a club? No worries! You can follow along at your own pace from anywhere. First, you’ll complete a short warm up to make sure you’re feeling loose! Next up, trainer Adrienne will take you through a series of timed exercises that include wide squats, step-ups, side lunges and more. After you’ve finished, you’ll do a short cool down.
