'25 different pushup variations for you to challenge yourself and get to that next level ! I listed them here in order that they appear on the video along with the muscle groups and different benefits of each. With a pushup you can hit whatever muscle group you want so if you want to increase tricep strength, shoulder strength, or explosiveness, look below and find the corresponding exercise ! ------ If you\'re interested in calisthenics and don\'t know where to start watch this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zeGR7gvLmg&t)   ----- When doing these variations focus on QUALITY over QUANTITY  For beginner pushup variations work on completing an exercise for 5 sets of 10+ reps For intermediate pushup variations work on completing an exercise for 5 sets of 8-12 reps For advanced pushup variations work on completing an exercise for 5 sets of 5 or more reps  If you really want to get some work in you can superset some of the exercises. A superset is doing 2 exercices back to back  If you REALLY want to get some work in you can pick 3 or more exercises and make a circuit. That means you\'ll perform the exercises all back to back to back with no rest until the circuit is done Pushups In Order  Regular Pushups Level : Beginner Builds bast strength and a solid foundation  Level : Intermediate  Archer Pushups Builds transitional and unilateral pushing strength  Level : Beginner  Diamond Pushups  Builds tricep strength  Level : Intermediate Psuedo Planche Pushups Builds shoulders, biceps, & straight arm strength (exercise to strenghthen planche)  Level : Advanced Superman Pushups Builds explosiveness, athleticism, power & cool points   Level : Beginner Wide Pushups Chest strengthening   Level : Intermediate Tricep Extension Pushups Builds transitional strength & triceps (prerequesite for tiger bend pushups)  Level : Beginner Shoulder Tap Pushups Beginner plyometric strength   Level : Advanced Handstand Tigerbend Pushups Balance, stability, & transitional strength ( chest, shoulders, major cool points, and triceps )   Level : Beginner Brazilian Kickout Pushups Builds stability, balance, Chest & Shoulders  Level : Intermediate Floor Tigerbend Pushups Builds transitional strength and explosiveness, (chest, shoulders, cool points, and triceps) ( regression from handstand tiger bend)  Level : Intermediate Pike Pushups Builds great shoulder strength!
