'Class starts about 6 minutes in!  Join tuck barre & yoga for a 45-minute full body barre class! This class will strengthen your thighs, butt, core and arms and also give you a cardio boost! No special props needed - you definitely do not need a barre. Just grab a chair, mat, small weights (or canned goods) and a playground ball (or roll of paper towels) and enjoy a fun, dynamic class!
