'Treadmill too boring?  Need to get out of the gym in under 45min?  Looking for a full body workout + cardio in 1/2 hour or less?  Here\'s the 30 minute express workout at Planet Fitness.  It has benefits for beginners and elite athletes alike.  It consists of 10 machines, and 10 step stations.  A red/green stop light signals when to start, and when to switch stations.  Perform 12 reps at each station, then move to the next when signaled.
