'Class starts about 7 minutes in! Join us for a challenging full body barre workout that you can do at home! We\'ll complete a dynamic warmup and then strengthen our arms and lower body. The supported chair plie sequence against the wall is killer, but we will get through it together!   No special props needed, but you will need some wall space, a mat, light hand weights (or canned goods) and a Pilates ball (or roll of paper towels).   Enjoy this high intensity, low impact workout!
