'This Core Workout with PF Trainer Caroll Does Wonders'

'PF Trainer Caroll is in the 30-Minute Circuit, and she’s super excited to take you through this core workout. The 30-Minute Circuit is a great place to get a full-body workout in just...30 minutes! You can start at any machine you want, but be sure to go in order — that way you can get the full experience. This workout was designed for all fitness levels, but there’s no rush! Feel free to rest and take breaks when needed. Are you ready to go!?  First thing we have to do is warm up! In this workout video, you’ll be doing south Texas twits, and standing diver toe taps. Now that you’re all loosened up, we’re going to dive into the main circuit with marching bridges, plank toe taps, and a whole lot more. And just like that, you #DidIt!
